Building #1 has the indoor pool open all year.
Building #2 has the outdoor pool open May 1-September 30 (depending on the weather).
Registered guests have the use of all facilities.
Breakfast is served in building 1 6:30am to 9:30am all year.
Breakfast is also served in building 2 6:30am to 9:30am (Seasonal).
Complimentary wireless DSL available in all guest rooms and public areas.

Rates do not include 11.6% state and local tax. Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra person charge for 17 years old or older is $10 per person. Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. No pets allowed. Room reservation is confirmed with your valid credit card. If you need to cancel, please notify us by 3:00 p.m. the day prior to your arrival date. If not canceled at least 24 hours prior to arrival time, your credit card will be charged for one nights stay. Only adults 17 or older are permitted to use the fitness center. By order of the Branson Health Department no one under the age of 21 may use the hot tubs.
