Oilwell Retiree Reunion (October 5, 2010 thru October 8, 2010)
I would like to thank you for the excellent service we received while we were there for our Oilwell Retiree Reunion on Oct. 5-8, 2010. Everyone was very accomodating.
The hospitality room was just great. The rooms were VERY clean. We also enjoyed the "Complimentary Breakfast". The breakfast lady in there was just great---very friendly and most helpful.

Wishek Alumni Association (October 17, 2010 thru October 19, 2010)
Dear Sir:
I had the opportunity to serve as Tour Host for the Wishek Alumni Association during their visit to Branson and other states during the third week in October, 2010.
We spent three nights at your hotel on October 17, 18 and 19, 2010.
Our 60 guests, found the rooms very comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the hot breakfast items along with all the other items on the food service line.
One of the requests was to have a hospitality room available for our guests that they could use prior and after the various shows. Again, the room was very comfortable and server as "gathering place" for our participants.
Perhaps the most outstanding part of our stay was your staff and especially your Assisstant Manager, Kathi Bennett.
Recognizing that we were squeezed for time between our morning and afternoon shows, I asked Kathi is we could cater in sandwiches or other food items to be served during the lunch hour in the hospitality room. Besides the lunch, my guests could go back to their respective rooms to "freshen up" during lunch.
Kathi took the "bull by the horns" and made it happen. She contacted your local deli and picked up cheese and meat trays along with soft drinks for the entire group! If that wasn't enough, Kathi continued to have sandwiches made and brought in the second afternoon. (Whoever the caterer was - the sandwhiches were great). When we arrived at the hotel and our hospitality room, the food and drinks were on the table ready to serve! (Sandwhiches were catered by Danna's BBQ and Burger Shop. Cheese and Meat trays catered by Jubilee Foods)
To add to the list of events, one of our guests lost his hearing aid during a show the previous evening. I asked Kathi for the phone number and she didn't give me the number - she called the venue for me; they found the hearing aid; Kathi picked it up and had it at the desk within hours after my request.
I have escorted tour groups to Branson at least 15 times and to many other states during my time as a tour host. I have never had hospitality extended to us that we experienced this last week! The entire crew was there to help us have a great experience in Branson.
During our tour evaluation with our guest, one of the highlights was our stay at your hotel with special emphasis on the catered noon lunch. It made our stay special!

7th Army NCO Academy (June 2, 2010 thru June 6, 2010)
Olson - The members and spouses of the 7th Army NCO Academy were well received and taken care of in all aspects of our visit. We would recommend the Grand Oaks Branson Hotel to one and all.

Rhodes Family Reunion (June 1, 2010 thru June 9, 2010)
Hi Kathi,
Thank you so much for all of your help in making our Rhodes Family Reunion a very successful one. Our accommodations were very comfortable and the Red Oak meeting room was perfect for our family group of 22. We hope to do this again in a couple of years!.
